New Returns/Exchanges

Return Policy:

We understand not every item works out, and that's okay! If you would like to return your item, you must process your return within 7 days of receiving the item for full reimbursement. We do not accept returns after our 7-day window. 
  • For a return to eligible, the items must be unworn, and in original condition (un-washed/dried, makeup stains, cuts/edits of any kind). Items returned not in original condition, will be dealt with at the discretion of Luvher Boy.
  • Please allow for 3-5 days for your return to be processed, and then you will be refunded via the original payment method. The return shipping cost is deducted from your item's full refund reimbursement.
  • Untimely returns of merchandise to us will only be given 1/2 of your order amount in reimbursement.

How do I process a return?

Please email hi@luvherboyofficial.com with your name and order number. We will respond within 1 business day and proceed with the refund process.

 

Exchange Policy:

We currently accept exchanges where applicable. Please send us an email at hi@luvherboyofficial.com with your name and order number, and we can start with that process.

 

Final Sale Policy: Pop-Ups/Trunk Shows, All Sales, Flash Sales, Warehouse Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and Markdowns of any kind are considered FINAL SALE.
